If your institution would like to participate as an affiliate (non-core) center in the BMT CTN, please fax the completed Affiliate Center Application, or the short form if currently participating in any BMT CTN trial, and fax it to BMT CTN DCC/EMMES at 301-251-1355.  Due to the limited resources, not all requests can be accommodated.  You will be contacted if your center is selected for participation.
